Google Romney. A new site called Spreading Romney, is gaining traction in the search results. The definition is a reference to a 1983 incident in which Romeny decided to strap his Irish Setter to the roof of his car as the family drove for 12 hours on a vacation to Canada. The dog was so terrified that it ended up defecating, at which point, Romney pulled over to gas station, hosed down the crate and put the frightened animal back on top of the car.
